Spring Clean 2021 with Pods and Bubbles
Spring clean took place before Easter in the school grounds. This was part of our Annual “Clean Up”. This year we are taking part in the “Litter-Less Campaign” which is run by Green Schools.
Earth Day
The Junior room took care of their veggies while the Senior room took part in an Interactive workshop facilitated by the National History Museum and the Rediscovery Centre in Dublin. The children were shown some lovely experiments.
Active Week April 26th to 30th April
Active week encourages schools and homes to help children and young people gain more active time daily. Thanks to Patrice for setting challenges for the pupils.
Art Classes with Tommy Moloney
All our pupils are enjoying the art classes with Tommy. Hopefully, the weather will improve, and we will paint a new wall mural in our playground.
Allianz Cumann na mBunscoil
Challenges included a running, relay race, solo skills. Football and hurling/camogie point kick and hand pass drill. Thanks to Patrice for helping.
